As a part of my Operations Management Course while attending York College of Pennsylvania, we were required to take part in a team project that would take us into the heart of nearby companies. The team I was a part of was assigned to Topflight: a global company headquartered in Glen Rock, PA. Topflight is ISO 9001 and Six Sigma Certified. Through the course of the multi-month project, we met with the president and many vice presidents, toured the facility, and studied the initiatives Topflight was successful in. The project resulted in an in-depth report that exceeded 100 pages in length and was accompanied by a 30 minute presentation to the class and members of the organization.

I was Chris’s professor for two advanced-level business courses in his undergraduate curriculum. The content was difficult and the demands were substantial. His work was excellent, his work ethic even better … and he earned high grades.

I assess Chris to be in the top 5% of students I’ve worked with across my time in academia.
