Leadership Development

A couple years ago, I took some tests that studied my leadership ability:

Situational Leadership
Style adaptability is the degree to which one varies the leadership style appropriately to the performance readiness level in a specific situation. My Adaptability score was 28, which is high-moderate in my ability to easily adapt my leadership style to different scenarios.

DiSC Analysis
The DiSC profile is a behavioral personality assessment that is designed to help people realize to what degree they utilize various behavior styles based on personality and the specific situations they find themselves.
Through the completion of this assessment, it was shown that my profile follows a “Practitioner Pattern”. Typically, the value from individuals with this pattern is their skills problem-solving and technical abilities; generally individuals with this pattern show proficiency and specialization.

Through coursework and continuous self-learning, I have developed an ability to utilize the following programs, resulting in increased efficiency and quality of work:
